What is Search Fund?
A search fund is an investment vehicle through which an entrepreneur raises funds from investors in order to acquire a company in which they wish to take an active, day-to-day leadership role. In the first stage, a small group of investors back operating managers to search for a target company to acquire. In our hybrid model, on case-by-case basis, investors might omit the first stage and participate only in syndicate of stage 2.

Our Investment Process
SEARCHCrowdFUND sees a large number of deals per month and puts them through our rigorous vetting process to find the very best companies that we invite you to consider investing in, after analysis that your team will perform.
At a high level, the company is put through a thorough process that involves a series of pitches to the deal team and offers revision. If the company is approved for listing, the company is then handed off to the PR team to feature the opportunity and deliver it in your inbox for your review and consideration.
We have hands-on post-investment approach and the companies we invest in participate in our executive coaching and training programs.
Post-funding, we provide value-added resources to help businesses grow.
We work closely with the CEOs to ensure their investment dollars are being deployed wisely. We use our in-house executive-coaching team and partner with investors to provide coaching, training, mentorship, industry advice, and introductions to potential customers as well as later-stage venture capital and private equity firms.
